Three years ago, the CSP continuous casting and rolling production line successfully completed a one-time hot test and produced the first hot-rolled coil in the history of Zhengde Metal Company. The maximum annual output reached 160,000 tons. However, due to factors such as product structure adjustment and steel water balance, the CSP production line experienced a month of unavailability in May this year.
As the market situation changes, the production line was ordered to return to the production sequence once again, helping Zhengde Metal win the battle to improve operating performance. Since June this year, it has maintained a good situation of high production and efficiency for five consecutive months, and the steel stacking rate has dropped from 0.13 times/10,000 tons last year to 0.1 times/10,000 tons... Under the circumstances that are not optimistic, the CSP production line is booming. New life, a burst of amazing energy.
The characteristics of continuous casting and rolling of the CSP production line determine that every link is crucial and will directly affect the overall production. This puts forward higher requirements for the production stability of the entire process. The steel rolling operation area strengthens communication and coordination with equipment parties, promptly solves equipment hazards, ensures equipment accuracy, and strengthens employee skill training and communication to effectively solve various production problems.
